✩ PAYMENT:I ONLY take payment through Cashapp. If you are outside the US I will accept PayPal, but Cashapp is STRONGLY preferred for US customers.I require at least half payment up front. The second half must be sent before I send you the completed artwork (I will usually send a heavily watermarked version, and send the unwatermarked version once you have paid in full).The first half payment is non-refundable unless I have either missed your deadline or I am unable to finish your commission.

If it’s not on this list I am most likely willing to draw it, but I can’t guarantee. Just use common sense.
✩ COMMERCIAL USE:At this point in time I am not doing any sort of commercial use commissions.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:✩ Merchandise✩ Art/graphics made for video games, shops, or other business related things.✩ Promotional material (ads, magazines, book covers, etc)I will, however, do art for social media assets such as:✩ Profile pictures/icons✩ Headers/banners✩ Thumbnails✩ Emojis✩Stream assets (heavily depending on what you want)If you commission these items from me I require proper credit in some form. Make sure to have my username or a link to my twitter somewhere easily accessible.
✩ REFUND POLICY:I will not refund after I have sent you 2 WIPS. If I promised you the commission by a specific date and I miss this date, then I will give you a partial refund. It is very situational and in most cases I probably will not issue one unless for good reason.
✩ DEADLINES / TURN AROUND TIME:I work best without deadlines, but if you absolutely need it done before a specific date please tell me!
I usually take anywhere from a few hours - a few weeks to finish a commission. The longest it could possibly take is a month - a month and a half. If it has been more than a month and your commission has not been finished I encourage you to reach out to me and ask for updates. I will send WIPs frequently to make sure you know what state the commission is in!
But at this point in time I have stopped giving people a time period to expect their art to be done in. I will work on the art when I can, and here lately my life has been very hectic so I haven’t had as much time as I’d like to draw, which will also affect my commission speed. It WILL be done, and like I said earlier I encourage you to ask for updates!
✩ PERMISSIONS:Once you have received your art it is yours to do with what you please for the most part! I am not a very strict person and I love seeing my art used in creative places. Here are some ways I allow you, and encourage, to use my art:✩ Social media assets (icons, pfp, headers/banners, etc)✩ You can post the finished artwork on social media as long as I am tagged or properly credited.✩ Using it to create personal objects for yourself with no intention to sell (such as hoodies, t-shirts, keychains, etc).✩ Slightly edit it with filters or other special effects, as long as you also have the original somewhere visible or have said that you edited it.The same goes for any characters you buy from me! You're free to do whatever you want with them. Redesign them, resell, edit, etc. All I ask is if you do buy a character, please don't overcharge if you eventually resell them, please be fair.
✩ EXTRA:Once a commission is finished I will usually post it on my twitter. If you do NOT want your commission posted for whatever reason, PLEASE let me know when ordering. I can take commission posts down upon request but I really dislike it and would prefer to know before posting.
